Programmable Healthcare Flows
Why the Web is not enough
The Web is good for delivering relatively simple services which offer standardized one-size-fits-all user experiences. But healthcare delivery is more complicated than ordering an Uber or renting an AirBnB. It involves a much higher degree of interaction, personalization, and coordination. Building even a relatively simple healthcare flow encompasses an order of magnitude more complexity than a traditional website.
Healthcare automation requires sophisticated programming functions that can be tailored to individual patients. One-size-fits-most flows of traditional websites can't meet the demands of the digital health era.
